4. Order Acceptance & Pricing
While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed with incorrect pricing or information, unless the product has already been dispatched.
- If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Payment may be processed before dispatch of the product.
- Online prices are final and may differ from prices available in physical stores, if applicable.
- We do not offer discounts unless explicitly stated on the website
5. Payment Policy
We accept payments securely through:
- PhonePe
- UPI
- NETBANKING
- CREDIT/DEBITCARDS
These gateways provide encrypted and secure transaction processing. Customers may pay using any payment methods supported by these platforms.
In case a product becomes unavailable after payment, any approved refund (partial or full) will be credited to the original payment method.
All transactions occur on the payment gateway partner’s platform. While we are not responsible for fraud or technical issues occurring on those platforms, we will assist customers facing payment-related difficulties.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Cancellations are not accepted except in cases of error or oversight on our part.
Customers are advised to carefully review their cart and order details before confirming their purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
7. Return & Exchange Policy
Quality Check
All products are inspected for quality and defects before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Sarla Sarees team.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for verified defects. Products disliked due to personal preference are not eligible for exchange.
Product Representation
Product photos are taken under neutral lighting. However, slight color variations may occur due to device or monitor settings and shall not be considered defects.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact. This policy is non-negotiable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds or exchanges will be completed within approximately 7 working days.
Exchange Limitation
Exchange is allowed only once per order. Repeated exchange requests will not be entertained.
8. Communication & Consent
By registering, subscribing, or placing an order with Sarla Sarees, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
All agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications sent electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
We may send emails regarding order updates, new collections, promotional offers, and relevant information. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of transactions made on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgavi.
