Return & Exchange Policy

At Sarla Sarees, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below:

1. Reporting a Damaged Product

You must notify our customer care team via email within 24 hours of delivery.

Please attach clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) showing the defect or damage.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

2. Approval of Returns

The decision to approve or reject a return request rests solely with the Sarla Sarees Team after reviewing the submitted evidence.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product is disliked by the customer
  • If the color appears slightly different due to screen/monitor settings
  • If the product has been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • If the product is not returned in original packaging and condition

4. Color Disclaimer

All product photos are taken under neutral lighting conditions. We make every effort to accurately display colors. However, slight variations may occur due to device display settings or monitor calibration differences.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange facility will be provided only once per order.

Repeated exchange requests will not be entertained.

Once approved, exchanges or refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

6. Return & Exchange Policy 

Quality Check

All products are inspected for quality and defects before dispatch.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Sarla Sarees team.


Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for verified defects. Products disliked due to personal preference are not eligible for exchange.


Product Representation

Product photos are taken under neutral lighting. However, slight color variations may occur due to device or monitor settings and shall not be considered defects.


Return Conditions

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging intact. This policy is non-negotiable.


Processing Time

Approved refunds or exchanges will be completed within approximately 7 working days.


Exchange Limitation

Exchange is allowed only once per order. Repeated exchange requests will not be entertained.


7. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Express Delivery: 3–5 business days.

Tracking: Details are shared via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Note: The business is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Important Note

Once products are shipped, no returns will be accepted unless the above conditions are met.
