Do you offer free shipping?

What is your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges within 3–7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to our exchange policy, including product availability and eligibility criteria.

Can I exchange a saree if I don’t like it?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer exchanges for personal preferences such as dislike of color, design, or fabric. Exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as per our exchange policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
